1. Beta access

CloudDrill is currently in closed beta. Access is by invitation only. We may revoke access at any time without notice, and features may change significantly before general availability.

2. Acceptable use

You may use CloudDrill for legitimate incident response training and skill development. You may not:

Attempt to escape the sandbox container environment
Use drill infrastructure to attack external systems
Share account credentials or provide access to others
Scrape, reproduce, or resell training content
Interfere with other users' sessions or the platform infrastructure

3. Sandbox environments

Incident drill containers are ephemeral training environments. You have full root access within your container. This access is scoped to your isolated environment and does not grant any access outside it.

4. Availability

During the beta period, CloudDrill is provided "as-is" with no uptime guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but reserve the right to take the service offline for maintenance.

5. Intellectual property

All incident scenarios, training content, and platform design are owned by CloudDrill. Your personal assessment data belongs to you.

6. Interview Prep materials

Buying the CloudDrill Senior Cloud Interview Preparation System gives the purchaser a personal, non-transferable license to download the PDFs and use them for their own interview preparation. You may keep copies on your own devices and print them for your own use.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish or upload the materials, or share your library link, and you may not use them to teach or coach others commercially, without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

CloudDrill is a training tool. We are not liable for decisions made in real production environments based on skills practiced here. Use your professional judgment in live incidents.
